Angle mixers
Angle mixers are modern devices with an exceptionally durable mixer drive mechanism for the most demanding types of dough. These dough types include: rye dough, mixed dough with a predominance of rye and kvass. Selection of the right rotation speed of the mixing tool in the first and second speed gives possibility to adapt angle mixer to the dough. It makes that our grandparents' recipes can be recreated. Angle mixers are compatible with IBIS spiral mixer bowls.

Selection of the right speed for the first and second speed gives possibility to adapt angle mixer to the dough.
The use of an inverter in each model makes the machine versatile in the bakery and confectionery industry.
