Feeding hoppers

The dough portioning and feeding systems, which ensure a continuous and constant supply of raw material in the production line, are each time designed to order, according to the customer's guidelines. The function of the feeding hopper is to enable emptying the bowl and to automatically feed the dough.

  • Smooth adjustment of the operation cycle time of the dough dividing blades.
  • The hopper, elemets of construction and platforms are made of high quality stainless steel.
  • The possibility of moving (right-left, front-back) the dividing unit for inspection and maintenance of the hopper (option).
  • A sensor controlling the level of dough in the hopper with a light signal with a small amount of dough.
  • A sensor controlling the feeding, i.e. filling the tank to which the dough will be fed.
  • Hopper oiling system with medium dispersion (option).
  • Inside of the hopper covered with teflon (option).
